Vendor Program
1. Who Can Join
We welcome registered travel agencies and tour operators with an established track record of organizing domestic or international group and custom tours. Vendors are expected to hold any licenses or registrations required to operate legally in their jurisdiction.
2. How Listing Works
- Apply: Reach out to our vendor onboarding team with details of your agency and sample packages.
- Verification (KYC): We review basic business details and documentation before activating a vendor account.
- List packages: Once approved, you can submit package details — itinerary, pricing, inclusions, hotel category, and available dates — for listing on the Platform.
- Go live: Approved packages appear in indyaTravels search results and can be booked directly by customers.
3. Bookings & Payouts
Customer payments are collected securely by indyaTravels through our payment gateway partner. A platform service fee is deducted from each booking, and the remaining amount is settled to the vendor's registered bank account on a periodic payout cycle. Exact fee percentages and payout timelines are shared during onboarding.
4. Vendor Responsibilities
As the operator fulfilling the trip, the vendor is responsible for accurate itinerary information, honoring confirmed bookings, and delivering the services described in the listing (accommodation, transport, sightseeing, etc.) to the standard represented at the time of booking.
