"Personal Data" means any data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such data. "Data Principal" means the individual to whom the personal data relates (i.e. you). - Contact details: name and 10-digit mobile number, used for account verification via OTP.
- Traveler details: age, and for international packages, passport number, issue/expiry dates, and nationality, as required for booking and travel documentation.
- Booking & payment records: selected packages, travel dates, traveler counts, fare breakdown, and transaction/order references. We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, or UPI PIN — these are handled directly by our payment partner.
- Technical data: basic device and usage information collected automatically when you use the platform.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To verify your identity via one-time password (OTP) sent through our SMS partner.
- To process and confirm your bookings, and to share necessary traveler details with the vendor/tour operator fulfilling your trip.
- To process payments securely through our payment gateway partner.
- To provide customer support and respond to your queries.
- To send booking confirmations, receipts, and service-related communications.
- To comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
5. Consent
By creating an account and completing OTP verification, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in this Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, subject to the effect this may have on our ability to provide the service.
6. Sharing of Information
We share personal data only where necessary to provide the service:
- Payment processing: Razorpay, an RBI-authorized payment aggregator, processes your payments. We do not store your card or bank details.
- OTP delivery: our SMS partner (MyLogin) delivers one-time passwords to your mobile number for authentication.
- Travel vendors: the vendor/tour operator associated with your booked package receives the traveler details necessary to fulfil your trip.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, and as required to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including OTP-based authentication and secure, tokenized payment processing via our payment gateway partner.
